I had a tooth extraction performed with local anesthesia. The office was able to schedule my procedure very quickly. The procedure was fast and I was treated with care. After my procedure, while still in the office, I didn’t feel well and fainted. Everyone treated me with so much kindness and care and made sure I recovered before my husband could take me home. I am specially thankful to Eadie, as she stayed with me the entire time to monitor my symptoms and keep me calm. She and the entire staff genuinely cared for my wellbeing, which makes me absolutely grateful! I would unequivocally recommend this practice.

I recently had tooth extraction and implant surgery done by Dr. Rian Cho at Southern Dental Implants & Oral Surgery in Arden, NC. This practice came highly recommended by my dentist. Starting with my initial appointment, Dr. Cho was kind, knowledgeable, and reassuring. After reviewing my scans, he clearly described what was causing my tooth and gum pain and discussed his recommended treatment plan. The office was able to schedule my surgery very quickly and at a time that worked well for me. I chose to stay awake during the surgery. Even though I was nervous, Dr. Cho and his two very kind and skilled assistants helped me to feel more relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Cho made sure I was completely numb and pain-free during the procedure, and he continuously checked in with me throughout. Post-surgery instructions were clear and comprehensive. Dr. Cho even called me the evening of my surgery to see how I was doing and to ask if I had any questions. He provided me with his phone number and told me not to hesitate to reach out if I needed anything. He also texted me a couple of days post-procedure to check in. Dr. Cho and his staff went above and beyond to see my son for an emergency visit after he was hit in the mouth by a baseball, which caused several teeth to shift. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and taken back to a room quickly, which I greatly appreciated. Dr. Cho thoroughly went over my son's scan results and the treatment he needed. He answered all of my questions and was very personable, even asking my son about his plans after high school and offering encouragement. After the consultation, surgery was scheduled for first thing the next morning. Following the surgery, Dr. Cho came out to the car to update me on how everything went and explain the next steps in my son's care. He also contacted my son's orthodontist with detailed notes on how to proceed to give his teeth the best chance of recovery. Since then, Dr. Cho has continued to check in and answer any questions my son or I have had. Every interaction with the staff at Southern Dental Implants & Oral Surgery was pleasant. I had an excellent experience with Dr.Cho, and I highly recommend them as an oral surgeon. From the moment I walked into the clinic, the staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Cho was thorough, attentive, and took the time to explain the procedure in detail, addressing all of my concerns. The surgery was smooth, and the recovery process was managed carefully with clear instructions. Dr. Cho took the time to stay in touch with me the entire time throughout my recovery to make sure I was okay or if I had any questions, he made himself available to answer any questions and immediate response. I truly appreciated their expertise and compassionate care. Overall, a top-notch professional who genuinely cares about their patients' well-being. Mr. Cho and his team made this a remarkably nice process. I cannot extend enough gratitude to them for taking care of me as great as they did. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who is uncertain about other offices or if this is your first time getting an oral surgery. Everyone was kind and helpful. These guys are tried and true
